Shop

At this stage I have some of my items for sale on eBay.

Packaging and Shipping
All items are sent with Royal Mail or Evri. I use new packaging materials as that is what people expect.

If you would like to receive your item gift wrapped (gift wrapping around the item and a small card with handwritten message of your choice), please message me before or soon after your purchase.

Returns
I will not accept returns unless the item has been damaged in the post (I will then try to liaise with Royal Mail or Evri to find out what happened). Please use the photos (and video, if available) of an item to decide whether you love the item and want to purchase it. If you have any questions about an item before buying, please do not hesitate to message me.

Terms and conditions
The following policies should be read in full before ordering, by placing an order you agree that you have read and understood my shop policies.

You are purchasing a handmade product, or a second-hand item.

The items I have crafted by hand myself are made in-part or wholly using materials sourced second-hand such as unused fabric pieces I find at charity shops or items such as pre-loved curtains or tablecloths. I inspect all supplies to ensure they are clean and have no major flaws before I use them. It is possible very minor flaws are visible on the materials (for instance, minor scuffs on leather). If this is the case, this is always specified in the item description and shown on the photos.

I take several photos of second-hand items to ensure the condition of the item is clear. The photos are part of the item description. Please always review the entire listing including the photos before purchasing your item. I try to point out all the damage/wear and tear but it is not always possible to list every single scratch or scuff, so please review the photos carefully.

I aim to take high-quality photos with good lighting that show the true colours of each item. Please note that the true colours may deviate a little from what you see on your screen because of the settings of your screen (which may make colours appear a little darker or lighter).
