Packaging and Shipping
All items are sent with Royal Mail second class. If you would like me to use another service, please contact me before making your purchase. I usually send items within 2 workdays of your purchase. If it will take longer, I will be in touch. All items that require a box are sent in clean, re-used packaging materials as not to waste any. This means your purchase may come in a used Amazon box, or any other sturdy box I could find at my local supermarket. I may use newspaper as padding, when needed.

Items that fit in an envelope will generally be sent in a new envelope.

If you would like to receive your item gift wrapped (only new packaging materials used + small card with handwritten message of your choice), please also purchase the gift-wrap listing.

Returns
I will not accept returns unless the item has been damaged in the post (I will then try to liaise with Royal Mail to find out what happened). Please use the photos (and video, if available) of an item to decide whether you love the item and want to purchase it. If you have any questions about an item before buying, please do not hesitate to message me.

The following policies should be read in full before ordering, by placing an order you agree that you have read and understood my shop policies.

You are purchasing a handmade product.

The fashion accessories are made in-part or wholly using materials sourced second-hand such as unused fabric pieces I find at charity shops or items such as pre-loved curtains or tablecloths. I inspect all supplies to ensure they are clean and have no major flaws before I use them. It is possible very minor flaws are visible on the materials (for instance, minor scuffs on leather). If this is the case, this is always specified in the item description and shown on the photos.

I aim to take high-quality photos with good lighting that show the true colours of each item. Please note that the true colours may deviate a little from what you see on your screen because of the settings of your screen (which may make colours appear a little darker or lighter).
